When we first met Norman, immediately we felt his passion and enthusiasm for our own desire to find a perfect home.  He was meticulous, even forensic, in his determination to understand every requirement for our new home and new life in the country.

He investigated every likely property, but also visited nurseries, schools and interviewed alpaca breeders, because that was going to be our future business and went to see the local Smallholders Association.

We waited at home on tenterhooks, while he made our offer to the agent; when he called, it took us a few moments to understand his question “do you have the phone number for Pickfords” – screams ensued.

The luxury hamper at completion was a wonderful surprise!

This process was very slick – Norman visited us, chatted with us, took away our list of requirements and came back with a shortlist of six properties, which included the one we bought.

Now we have somewhere close to our two children and beautiful grandchildren.
